All products sold by ARÖ Studio are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Due to this, availability may change without notice.

3. Product Descriptions & Handmade Variations

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • lighting and screen display differences

  • handmade weaving and handcrafted finishing

Minor variations in color, texture, and weave are natural and are part of the beauty of handcrafted products. These variations are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise mentioned. Prices may change without prior notice.

ARÖ STUDIO reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or incorrect details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines mentioned on the website are estimates. Delivery may vary due to:

  • weather conditions

  • remote delivery locations

  • unforeseen circumstances

ARÖ STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

ARÖ STUDIO follows a strict No Return / No Refund Policy, as our products are handcrafted in limited quantities.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • the wrong product is delivered, or

  • the product is damaged during transit

To raise a complaint, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • a clear unboxing video without cuts

  • photos of the product and packaging

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

8. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production and packaging begins immediately after the order is placed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • product designs

  • images

  • videos

  • text descriptions

  • brand name
    belongs to ARÖ STUDIO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Customer Responsibility

ARÖ STUDIO is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
