Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts) and clear photos.

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will apply.
