What is ARÖ? ARÖ is a heritage luxury accessories brand,  bags handwoven using traditional Northeast Indian textiles, made by weavers in Assam, Mizoram, and Nagaland. Each piece can take up to 15-20 days to weave by hand.

Do you restock sold-out pieces? No. ARÖ operates on a no-restock, no-discount model. Every piece is made in limited numbers, true to how it's actually woven. Once it's gone, it's gone , we won't be remaking that exact piece.

Can I return or exchange my order? All sales are final. Because each piece is handwoven in limited quantity and not restocked, we don't offer returns or exchanges. Please review the size, material, and photos carefully before ordering , if you have questions, message us on WhatsApp before you buy.

How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship within 3–5 days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? We offer partial COD , e.g., a partial advance payment online with the remainder paid on delivery. Full details are shown at checkout based on your order and location.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and partial COD.

Do you take custom orders? Yes. If you'd like a custom piece - a different size, color, or weave - message us directly on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.

What materials do you use? We work primarily with Chakma weaves and textiles  along with Eri silk, and Naga-stripe weaves textiles native to the Northeast, each with its own texture and story. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my ARÖ piece? Handwoven silk needs gentle care. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture, store in a dry place (ideally in a soft pouch), and avoid harsh detergents if spot-cleaning. [Add any specific care instructions you follow.]

Where does the weaving happen? Assam, Mizoram, and Nagaland  for now. We work directly with weavers in these regions, without middlemen, so the craft and the credit stay where they belong.
